The steps are simple and easy to follow!
These are all the ingredients that you will need.
I highly recommend purchasing a pumpkin pie spice, this will cut down your having to mix nutmeg, cinnamon & ginger.

As you can see, we put together the dry ingredients, mixed in the wet and then used a hand held mixer to combine.
We used an 8x4 loaf pan and lined it with parchment paper (also sprayed it with nonstick spray!)
We poured some of the wet mixture in, poured half the cookie butter over that, added the cinnamon sugar and then repeated that step one more time!
Pop it in the oven for 45-55 mins, checking after 45!
The only thing missing from this recipe was chocolate chips! Sprinkle them on top of the mixture half way through cooking!
HERE COMES THE BEST PART OF MAKING THIS BREAD!
CUTTING INTO IT AND ACTUALLY TASTING IT!
The picture on the left is right out of the oven.
I personally let it cool over night by covering it with plastic wrap and then cut into it the next day.
Which is what you see in the picture on the right.
Letting it sit for those 8 hours, allows all the ingredients to settle together.
CHEF'S KISS!
I promise you this pumpkin bread with cookie butter swirl recipe is UNBELIEVABLE.
