A Great Meal Prep Idea
This piece of the post is for my single ladies and gentleman. Ok? I see you and I feel the pain of cooking for yourself.
We are all too tired and too damn busy to be in the kitchen every night trying to make a meal for one.
This recipe is THE BEST for meal prepping! It can be for a quick dinner or lunch. Pop it in the microwave and thats it!
Let me get to the good part, THE RECIPE!
The 5 Simple Ingredients
- 12 1/2 pounds of chicken breast. The biggest tip for having the best chicken parmesan is to make sure you filet the chicken breasts. You want them to be as thin as you can.
- 21 1/2 cups of Italian bread crumbs.
- 32 large eggs.
- 41-24 ounce jar of tomato sauce. Any type of tomato sauce works. Whether you want to use your own homemade or store bought.
- 58 ounce bag of shredded mozzarella cheese.
