The 5 Simple Ingredients
I know you clicked on this blog post for a fast and easy protein oatmeal recipes. So let's get into the ingredients.
- 1Rolled oats- I use oats from Walmart they are cheaper than quaker but taste the exact same. Lets me honest, oats are oats.
- 2Whey or Vegan Protein will work with this recipe. My favorite protein to use is Alani Nutrition- Confetti Cake. Click Here! ( I am not sponsored, just LOVE their products)!
- 3Almond Butter or any other nut butter will work.- I also LOVE the Walmart brand (Can you tell I'm obsessed with Walmart?) Click Here if you are interested.
- 4Blueberries - I'm a blueberry fantastic, I don't care if they are out of season... I am buying them ! But you can use any other fruit you may like.
- 5Dark Chocolate Chip- Listen, I know... Chocolate chips sound unhealthy. BUT I have realized that if I pop a table spoon of chocolate chips in my oatmeal, I am less likely to crave chocolate or bad food all day. A few chocolate chips are not going to kill you... PROMISE!
